Exams, question papers and homework

Three small modules that work together around the grading engine.

Exams, question papers and homework are three small modules under Academics that work together around the grading engine.

Exams

Create an exam with its name, term, start and end dates, class and notes. Exams are the anchors that grade entries and question papers attach to.

Question papers

Prepare a paper with its title, exam, class, subject, total marks, duration and instructions, and add the questions. Question papers are printable, so the office can produce clean copies without a word processor.

Homework

Assign homework with a title, class, subject, assigned date, due date and details. Homework shows in the class and in the portals, so families know what is expected without calling the office.

How they fit together

  • Homework keeps day-to-day learning on track.
  • Exams and question papers formalize assessment.
  • Gradebook entries record the results, and the grading engine turns them into report cards.
