Families, guardians and pickups
Register a family once, then manage permissions, pickups, discounts and sponsors.
Families connect siblings, guardians, sponsors and pickup rules in one place, and drive discounts and family statements. Start here when a new family joins your institution.
Creating a family
Open Families & guardians and register a new family. Add the father and mother with their ID, occupation, education, mobile and email, and choose the family's preferred language and contact channel. Then link each child to the family.
Guardians and permissions
On the Guardians & children tab, each guardian-student link carries:
- a permission level for the parent portal, from full access to view-only, financial-only, academic-only or restricted.
- whether the guardian can authorize pickups.
- Mahram status and custody notes where they matter.
- whether the guardian receives notifications.
Authorized pickups
On the Pickup tab, record each person allowed to collect the child, with their relationship, phone and identification, and who authorized them.
Sibling discounts and sponsors
Configure a sibling discount rule to apply a percentage or fixed amount from a chosen child onward. Sponsor links record full or partial tuition support with a monthly amount and start and end dates, and can be hidden from the family.
Statements, merges and splits
The Statement tab shows every invoice and payment across the family's children. If duplicate families appear, merge them; if custody changes, split the family. Every merge and split is logged with who did it and when.
