Behavior, health, certificates and ID cards
Record the day-to-day events of school life and print what families need.
Four student modules record the day-to-day events of school life: behavior, health, certificates and ID cards.
Behavior logs
Open Behavior logs in the Students group. Each entry records the student, date, behavior type, points, who reported it and the action taken. Use points for your house or conduct system, and record positive entries as well as concerns.
Health records
Each entry records the date, type, condition, treatment, medication and who attended, with a note of whether the parent was notified. Medical alerts and blood group live on the student profile so staff see critical information at a glance.
Certificates
Issue a certificate for completion, conduct or Hifz milestones. Each certificate records the type, title, issue date, signatory and wording, and can be printed for the family.
ID cards
Open ID cards and select the students to print. Cards use the registration number, class and other details from the student profile, so print them once records are complete.
A note on privacy
Behavior and health records are sensitive. Give these modules only to the staff who need them, using roles and permissions, and record only what you are required to keep.
