Billing, the free trial and plans
How the 30-day trial, Pro and Max plans, renewal and cancellation work.
Your subscription is managed on the Billing page. Here is how the trial, plans and renewal work.
The free trial
Every institution starts with a 30-day free trial, with no payment card required. All features are available during the trial, and your data stays in place when it ends, locked until you subscribe.
Plans
- Pro, USD 99.99 per month, for up to 200 students and 10 admin users.
- Max, USD 200.00 per month, for unlimited students and admin users, with every feature included.
Both plans renew monthly in advance.
Subscribing
Choose a plan on the Billing page and you are taken to Stripe checkout, the payment processor. Card details go to Stripe, not to Masira.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by emailing info@aharsg.com or through the contact page. Cancellation stops the next month's charge, and the account stays active until the end of the period already paid for. All payments are final: Masira does not offer refunds, credits or prorations, which is why the trial is a full 30 days. Download a backup from Reports before your paid period ends.
